I’ve been reorganizing my wines across both fridges, and am struck by how my collection is so disproportionately skewed towards wines that I can’t drink for the next few decades.

I’m always on the lookout for delicious, affordable wines that can be consumed fairly young, and this is probably it. I had the 2016 recently and it was delicious.
