With the crew at Shawn’s birthday at Violet Oon.
A tasty crowd-pleasure that is unspectacular.

In the glass: a very very pale tinge of yellow. This might be the palest wine I’ve ever encountered.
On the nose: plain citrus and ripe stone fruit.
On the palate: on entry, unexpectedly zippy on the tongue, almost like mild effervescent. Juicy. Very soft for a Riesling. Mid+ acidity, with an immediately noticeable touch of residual sugar.
Not bad la. A real pleasant crowd pleaser.
