Oh you weird weird bottling! I marked the 2014 as the outlier amongst all the vintages for the night. This tasted like a coooool vintage.

On the nose and palate: this was a much daintier and prettier vintage. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still intensely aromatic with super pure fruits. But it was just brighter, less plush, more energetic and very fresh. Much less notes of tobacco. Just not the same level of ripeness and concentration.

Very charming, delicious, and could be 1 of the 2 value buys for the night.
