Left this unrated because this came very cold, and was very well aired by the time we got to this.

Perhaps we dug into this a little too impatiently. On the nose, this was extremely tobacco forward. Lean. Aromatic. This smelled suuuuuuper Bordeaux-ish.

That said, as the wine breathed, the blackcurrants started peeking out slooooowly and almost reluctantly. By then, we finished the remainder of the bottle.
