In the glass: ruby core, that faded out into a wide orange band at the rim.

On the nose: a noticeable darker toned (compared to the earlier NSG), with blackberries and maybe this tinge of strawberry. Lifted note of spices. Sweet. Good intensity and concentration.

On the palate: lush, soft, silky smooth. Mid++ acidity given it this plush juiciness. Decent dose of residual sugar although still well within dry. Wine was more complex on exhale, with this damp mushroom tone that I really enjoyed.
