With Hart at Odette for anniversary.
Haha! A moscato was NOT anywhere near being on the cards for us this evening, but here we are. I was looking for an off-dry white to go with the cheeses. This was a little bit of an odd ball: a semi sparkling moscato, made from very old 60yo vines, and 3 years bottle aging. What a weird little thing.

I don’t have much tasting notes here as I was deep into the cheeses at this point. But just the tiniest effervescence, residual sugar similar to a demi-sec. And just peaches, white flowers and of course lemons.
This was good delicious with the blue.
