With Hart at Odette for our anniversary
Ah, shit this was so good, but so so so young. Infanticide, as they call it.

In the glass: deep, intense darkened purple. Not quite inky, with some translucence around the rim.
On the nose: damn. This lean swirl of savory meatiness, bloody iron, spices, blackcurrant and a ton of blackberries. Still extremeeeely primary.
On the palate: very very high concentration of fruits, palate coating, and with a noticeable tannin structure. Long finish that just lingered and kept going. Mid+ acidity, and elevated alcohol although well integrated.

Syrah x Pigeon is kinda hard to beat.
