With Hart at Odette for anniversary

Hehehe. I looooove Condrieus. And this was delicious.

In the glass: lighter shade of a rich gold. Clear.

On the nose: man. So delicately yet intensely aromatic. Tiny splashes of peaches, a ton of jasmine, and sweet melons?? Just so pretty.

On the palate: just the tinnnniest touch of residual sugar. Mid+ acidity with a juicy finish. Surprisingly, this was actually just mid/mid- body, and not quite as intense or rich as I was expecting.

What a pleasurable one. Would’ve personally paired this with the lobster course over this, but was still a pleasure nonetheless.
