First of all, I am glad we picked this wine. I would've never thought to try something like this, and I've never tasted the Malvasia grape before.

But wow, I did not like this wine AT ALL. It was woefully unbalanced.

In the glass: an extremely pale yellow. Clear.

On the nose: oh? Very shy and very meek initially, with a very unique and distinct blend of lychee, flintiness, and almond cream?? On the exhale: much more intensely aromatic. This has potential. Unfortunately that's where the issue came in: this offensively warm and sharp alcohol that I find remarkably unpleasant and way out of balance.

On the palate: high intensity. a touch of bitters. An unbalanced alcoholic tinge to it

I just found this wine terribly out of balance and did not enjoy this.
