4.0 Domaine Siebert’s Alsace Grand Cru – can’t recall the vintage; might’ve been 2023

With Hart, Brandon, QH, Jeff and Charm at ASIN.

Linear, simple, well made. In the glass: light pale gold. Clear. On the nose: the tiniest tinge of petrol. Deep citrus. Touch of minerality. Very linear, focused, simple but aromatic. On the palate: this surprising zip/fizz across the palate! Bright juicy acidity, and good intensity on the palate. Enjoyable, and very complementary with the dishes.
