Second time with the wine, this time with about 3-4 hours of air in the bottle. Won’t go into a full write up.

Wine showed exceedingly well, with a stunning and intoxicating nose of fresh roses, cherries, sweet red plums, and of course, this distinct aromatic waft of earthiness and licorice. As the wine breathed in the glass, it developed this English breakfast tea tone of it.

Again, this wine is still very primary and just beautiful with lush fruits. Good structure but well resolved tannins. Silky on palate.

Still a damn good wine, and just beautiful.
