With Hart and the wine hoes at Twelve Flavors round 2.

This is a classic, and a favorite amongst us. Just a damn good Trebbiano. Pure laser goodness.

In the glass: a deep rich gold. Clear.

On the nose: citrus, minerality. Very clear, and linear.

On the palate: a touch of fizz on the tip of the tongue. high intensity of ripe rich yellow fruits, more citrus. Very highly juicy and mouthwatering acidity. A touch of salinity.

A very different Trebbiano from the Emidio Pepes or Valentini, but still stellar. Always a joy to drink.
