With Hart, YZ, Sloke, James, Zi, and Liz at mine.
Bottle from YZ.

A tasty little bugger, but also a bit of a mystery. Fresh, elegant cool climate Shiraz, but yet with very little typicity of the grape.

In the glass: rugby, mid bodied.

On the nose: this was decanted for maybe 1.5 hours or so. Fresh into the glass, there was just the tiniest mild savory tone as to be expected from the grape. But it was just so mild, and simply blew out with air in the glass. Blackcurrant and so much blueberries. A surprisingly floral tone. Just very pretty, but really not reminding me of the grape.

On the palate: mid- body, tiny touch of residual sugar. Fresh, super juicy and lively, and a good concentration of fruits. Mid length.
